Portrait of Harsh Agrawal

harsh agrawal 🧬

I'm an Encode: AI for Science Fellow at Pillar VC, collaborating with Dame Molly Stevens on AI-driven design of improved gene delivery systems. I recently completed an MEng in Molecular Bioengineering at Imperial College London. My research spans protein language models, biomolecular modeling, and machine learning for computational biology.

Benchmarked nine R-peak detectors on 24-hour ECGs and tested whether HRV alone could separate diabetic peripheral neuropathy from diabetes-only patients — classifiers tied, but three HRV metrics shifted significantly, hinting at early autonomic involvement. Supervised by Prof. Richard Kitney, OBE.
